How does it work?
Create an account, pick your country so we show the right exchange options, then try free today in simulated mode with no API keys required. When you are comfortable, subscribe to keep access, unlock exchange connect, and arm live trading with real capital. Live stays off until you arm it. Not available in the US or UK.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get one free day of simulated trading so you can practice a sleeve. After 24 hours you need an active Starter or Pro subscription to keep using the app. Exchange API keys unlock with a paid plan. Live trading stays off until you arm it.
What do I get?
An automated futures desk for your exchange. You unlock 3 strategies on Starter or all 12 on Pro, a kill switch, and a dashboard. Practice free in simulated mode, then connect and go live when ready. Exact rule parameters unlock with your plan.
Which exchanges do you support?
It depends on your country. UAE / broader international: OKX, Binance, and optionally Bybit. EEA: Kraken Futures (primary) and OKX X-Perps (secondary; not classic USDT-M margin). Australia: OKX Australia as primary. Those venues are for paid connect and the preferred live path when armed. Simulated books share a server-side MEXC market data feed (one fetch for all accounts); each desk keeps its own PnL book. Live multi-exchange order placement is not claimed until each venue is fully wired.
Is Aether Desk available in the US or UK?
No. We do not offer a retail signup path for futures bots in the United States or the United Kingdom. Checkout is blocked for those countries.
Do you hold my funds?
No. Capital stays on your exchange account. You create an API key with trade permission and withdrawals disabled. We never ask for withdraw rights.
Is the API key safe?
Use a trade-only futures key with withdrawals, transfers, and spot disabled. Keys are stored encrypted for the engine. You can revoke the key on your exchange at any time. Live trading still requires a separate arm step you choose; it stays off until then.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Futures can lose capital, including more than you expect in stressed markets. Historical simulations are labeled and do not guarantee future results. Start free in simulated mode until you are comfortable. Size risk you can afford.
Why use a desk instead of discretionary trading?
Discretionary crypto trading often fails when emotion, FOMO, or no written process take over. Aether Desk runs fixed H4 sleeves with published historical simulations. You practice free in simulated mode, keep a kill switch, and leave funds on your exchange. Simulations are labeled history, not a promise of profit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Card subscriptions cancel from the billing portal. When access ends, the bot stops for your plan. Your funds remain on your exchange either way.
Starter vs Pro?
Starter (€9/mo) unlocks 3 strategies and caps capital under the bot at €5,000. Pro (€19/mo) unlocks all 12 strategies, raises the cap to €25,000, and adds priority support.
What strategy details are public?
Product names, a short description, trailing yearly simulation returns, and max drawdown ranges. Exact periods, lookbacks, and full rule text unlock with your plan.
