Terms (summary)

Aether Desk provides software that can automate order placement on exchanges you connect. You remain solely responsible for your exchange account, API keys, risk settings, and tax obligations. Subscription fees are for software access, not for investment advice or a managed fund. Retail futures bot signup is not offered in the United States or the United Kingdom.

Availability by country

Exchange connectors depend on your country of residence. EEA users see Kraken Futures as primary and OKX X-Perps as secondary (not classic USDT-M margin). Australia focuses on OKX Australia. UAE and other international markets may see OKX, Binance, and optionally Bybit. Availability on this site does not guarantee you are eligible on the exchange; complete exchange KYC and follow local law.

Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency futures trading is highly speculative and may result in partial or total loss of capital. Leverage amplifies gains and losses. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Privacy

We store account email, encrypted API credentials, and usage data required to operate the desk. We do not sell personal data. Contact support@aetherdesk.io for data requests.
